2008 RULES ACCEPTANCE FORM
Greetings in our one Hope. With your planned attendance at the Bible School, we ask the assistance of all attendees in contributing to the harmonious operation of the school by reading, signing and returning this form and with your registration forms. We hope that you will appreciate the need to emphasize the information below for the benefit of all. Your participation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
All attendees age 13 and older must EACH sign a copy of this form and return it with the registration. You will not be registered until this form is signed and returned. If there is more than one person 13 years of age or older on a registration form, each may sign one form. Reading these rules as a family can be helpful in going over the rules.
1. You must be in your room and quiet by 11:00 p.m. Quiet discussion in your room that does not disturb others is permissible. Do not take showers before 5:30 am. or after 11:00p.m.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS, LEGAL GUARDIANS AND SPONSORS TO ENSURE THAT CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE ARE IN THEIR ROOM (AND REMAIN THERE) FOR THE DESIGNATED HOURS.
2. Do not bring food, drinks, candy or gum into any classroom, auditorium or onto the gym floor at anytime.
3. Do not remove dishes or silverware from the cafeteria.
4. The following are not allowed on the Bible School grounds at anytime:
- Tobacco products of any description
- Pets
- Lit candles
- Radios( including alarm clock radios) televisions and CD players
- Skateboards, roller blades and bicycles
- Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs
5. Do not damage trees, shrubs, flowers, or any school property. Do not deface or damage any rooms, building, school or gymnasium equipment in any way.
6. Young people age 17 and under are expected to remain on the school grounds at all times. Those who must leave the grounds must be accompanied by, or have the permission of their parent, legal guardian or sponsor.
7. Sports attire may be worn during recreational periods only. [Males age 13 and older must wear shirts and pants to all classes and formal meetings. Females must wear neat, conservative outfits to all classes and formal meetings. Dresses or skirts will be required at Memorial Service. No brief swim suits for either males or females will be allowed.]
8. It is required that all students, regardless of age, attend all sessions of the morning and evening classes, except for illness.
9. Teenage boys must not visit girls’ rooms, nor may girls visit boys' rooms. Practical jokes will not be tolerated.
Consequences for not following these rules may include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Warning
- Confiscation of inappropriate articles and inform parents, legal guardian or
sponsor.
- Inform parents, legal guardian or sponsor and Executive Committee
- Removal from Bible School
- Responsibility for damages
I have read and understand the rules as stated above and will abide by them. I understand that disruptive/disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. This form must be signed by all attendees age 13 and older and returned with the Registration Form. The other copy is for me to keep to remind me of these rules.
